Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and drywall is a MUST! Growth potential with great benefits and bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of technical maintenance and repair operations.
Ability to fix drywall, conduct unit turns, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible.
Must take a proactive approach and have a strong work ethic.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be able to take direction and also proactively assist with other duties as needed.
Must be able to motivate both others and self while maintaining a positive work environment.
Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have HVAC experience.
Must have a valid license and reliable transportation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
