The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, demonstrate professionalism, be accountable, organized, have ability to prioritize tasks and able to multitask in a high volume environment.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Data Entry o Maintaining team queues, waiting queues and following up with outstanding items.
o Meet daily goals for number of files worked and assist in monthly team goals.
o Reviewing data entered to files by prior teams.
o Communicating with clients, via email, client database messages and phone o Working with other team members and other teams in the department to successfully move files forward o Working on excel reports for clients RECOMMENDED SKILLS Customer Service Data Entry Positions Data Entry Processes Data Entry Role Data Processing Needs Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week.
Compensation is $17.
50 - $20.
50/hour.
